FAQ
So what is Life Coaching and how does it work
Life Coaching can help you change your life.

Following a free, no obligation introductory session (online/phone) to understand what you are looking to achieve, should you wish to proceed then we would agree the logistics (location, frequency, duration), for a series of one-to-one sessions to identify and understand what you are struggling with and how you want to change or improve your life.

During subsequent sessions we will explore your goals and factors that will influence achieving them, create an action plan for you to make the relevant changes and apply appropriate techniques to help effect the change you want to see, reviewing the results at each session.
What is required of me
A life coach will help you identify and clarify issues, challenges, goals and behaviours and work with you to explore how these can be addressed. The actual change will come from you as your confidence grows to make the change and achieve results.
How long do I need
A session will be one hour each and can be adjusted based on needs and availability.
How many sessions are appropriate will depend on the goals, challenges, progress made and may typically be between 4 and 6 weeks depending on the needs and results.
Where can it take place
We can meet on-line, preferably via Teams or by phone or face-to-face at your home, your place of work or public place (eg: coffee shop) but will require sufficient privacy and noise level as appropriate to ensure an effective session for you.
What does it cost
An initial consultation to see if Life Coaching is right for you is free and there's no obligation.
Each 1 hour session is £45 for online/phone, £55 for face-to-face locally (within a reasonably and agreed distance to PO14 area), further afield or longer sessions can be agreed as needed.
