Have you experienced, about to or going through a major event in your life, eg: divorce, redundancy, then life coaching may be able to help you better deal with them using techniques and behaviours appropriate to the situations.

 

Please be aware that life coaching is not therapy or counselling, and there are other dedicated services that exist to help with that if you need it and are there to support you in times of crisis.
